TERMS OF SERVICE

2. WHAT WE SELL
   Digital files — fillable PDF documents and spreadsheet templates for
   Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. Nothing is shipped.

3. PRICES
   Prices are shown in euros. The price you see at checkout is the final
   price you pay. There are no shipping costs and no fees added
   afterwards.

4. HOW AN ORDER WORKS
   You order through our checkout, operated by Shopify. Payment is taken
   at that point. Your download links are sent to the email address you
   gave, immediately after payment is confirmed. Keep that email: it is
   your proof of purchase.

5. DELIVERY
   Delivery is by email and is immediate. If nothing has arrived after
   ten minutes, check your spam folder, then write to us.

6. WHAT YOU MAY DO WITH THE FILES
   Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use
   the files yourself. You may print them and fill them in as often as
   you like, for your own use.
   You may not resell, share, redistribute, republish or upload the
   files, in whole or in part, and you may not present them as your own
   work. Copyright remains with us.

8. WHAT THESE PRODUCTS ARE NOT
   Our products are planning and tracking tools. They are not financial,
   legal, medical or psychological advice. Decisions you make using them
   are your own.

9. IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
   Write to support@professorhack.com. We would rather fix a problem
   than argue about it.

10. GOVERNING LAW
    These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, this
    does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the
    country where you live.
