REFUND POLICY

Professor Hack sells digital files. Nothing is shipped. Every product is
delivered by email immediately after payment.

THE GENERAL RULE

Because your files are delivered the moment you pay, an order cannot be
refunded once that delivery has started. Before paying you tick a box
that reads:

  "I agree that my download begins immediately after purchase, and I
   acknowledge that I therefore lose my right of withdrawal."

Your consent is recorded on your order and repeated in your order
confirmation email.

IF YOU ARE IN THE EUROPEAN UNION OR THE UNITED KINGDOM

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance
purchase without giving a reason. Digital content delivered immediately
is an exception to that rule. Because you asked for immediate delivery
and acknowledged what that means, the 14-day right does not apply to
your order.

WHEN WE REFUND ANYWAY

We refund at our discretion when something has gone wrong on our side.
For example:

  · you were charged twice, or bought the same product twice
  · you never received your download email and we cannot deliver it
  · the file you received is not the one described on the product page

We do not refund because you changed your mind after the files were
delivered, or because you did not use the product.

IF A FILE IS FAULTY

If a file is damaged, incomplete, or does not match its description,
write to us. We will fix it or refund you in full. This is your legal
guarantee as a consumer and nothing above limits it.
